The Weapons

Candlestick

This elaborate candlestick usually stands in the centre of the Dining Room table. So why was it discovered on a table in the Ballroom?

Dagger

A sharp, antique dagger from the 17th century - though Dr. Black probably used it as a letter opener as it was normally to be found in the Lounge. However this deadly item was found stuffed down the back of a chair in the Study!

Lead Piping

A piece of lead piping that was kept in the conservatory in case the kitchen sink or any of the rusting pipes of the old house started to leak. Someone must have mistaken it for a cue though, as it was discovered on the Billiard Room table.

Revolver

Dr. David Black's favourite weapon. Normally kept in one of the drawers of the desk in the study, it was lying on the floor of the Lounge when the police came across it.

Rope

A nasty piece of cord that tied back the curtains in the Ballroom; it was found under a cupboard in the Dining Room.

Spanner

This sturdy instrument, kept in a cupboard in the kitchen, was found on a wobbly chair in the Library.
